How will I know you received my order?We’ll send you an email confirmation of your order immediately as soon as your payment has been approved. Please check your spam folder if you have not received this confirmation email. If you are not able to find the confirmation, let us know by contacting us or by filling out the form below.
Will I be kept informed of the status of my order?As soon as your payment has been approved, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships (typically the next business day), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is only available for some countries. If available, you will receive tracking info by email.
Is it safe to pay electronically on your website?Yes, we use a secure third party ecommerce solution for our webshop. They offer the latest in secure online payments and take care of the whole world of complex regulations, technology issues, quality assurance and control checks that need to be performed in the background.
What payment methods do you accept?You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or by bank transfer. We offer online payment providers like iDeal (NL), Sofortbanking, Giropay (DE), Bancontact (BE) and Carte Bleue (FR). The credit cards we currently accept are Visa, Mastercard and Carte Bleue (FR). Payments with Visa and Mastercard require you to have a 3D Secure code to complete the purchase.
What is 3D Secure?3D Secure is an additional security layer used in online credit and debit card transactions. The major credit card companies each offer their own version of 3D Secure. These are Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, J/Secure and American Express SafeKey. 3D Secure technology adds an extra step to placing an order and is intended for your safety. You are protected against abuse of your credit card number. Before the payment is accepted, the cardholder identity is verified by requiring you to authenticate at the credit card provider’s 3D Secure website.
I did not receive any tracking information
To keep shipping costs down and to offer a convenient delivery through the mailbox, we sometimes ship your order in an envelope via regular post. This however also means that sometimes there is no tracking available.
If track & trace is available, you will receive tracking info by email.
