We’ll send you an email confirmation of your order immediately as soon as your payment has been approved. Please check your spam folder if you have not received this confirmation email. If you are not able to find the confirmation, let us know by contacting us.

As soon as your payment has been approved, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. As soon as your order ships (typically the next business day), you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information is only available for some countries. If available, you will receive tracking info by email.

Account

No, you don’t need to create a customer account to complete your purchase. You can choose to check out as a guest if you wish. Creating a customer account gives you the option to speed through checkout in the future and view past orders. You can always contact us to let us create an account for you afterwards.

No problem. Just go to the account login page and click on “Lost your password?”. You will receive an email to get you on your way again.

Secure Payments

Yes, we use a secure third party ecommerce solution for our webshop. They offer the latest in secure online payments and take care of the whole world of complex regulations, technology issues, quality assurance and control checks that need to be performed in the background.

You can pay by credit card, debit card, PayPal, Apple Pay or by bank transfer.

We offer online payment providers like iDeal (NL), Sofortbanking, Giropay (DE), Bancontact (BE) and Carte Bleue (FR).

The credit cards we currently accept are Visa, Mastercard and Carte Bleue (FR).

Payments with Visa and Mastercard require you to have a 3D Secure code to complete the purchase.

3D Secure is an additional security layer used in online credit and debit card transactions. The major credit card companies each offer their own version of 3D Secure. These are Verified by Visa, Mastercard SecureCode, J/Secure and American Express SafeKey.

3D Secure technology adds an extra step to placing an order and is intended for your safety. You are protected against abuse of your credit card number. Before the payment is accepted, the cardholder identity is verified by requiring you to authenticate at the credit card provider’s 3D Secure website.

You will receive an email with a payment overview from Riverty a few days after we shipped your order. Then you will have 14 days to make the payment.

Available for orders with a minimum cart value of EUR 35,- and for the following countries:

· Germany

· Denmark

· Finland

· Norway

· Sweden

You will receive an email with a payment overview from Klarna a few days after we shipped your order. Then you will have 14 days to make the payment.

FREE SHIPPING for orders with a minimum of €20. Below this amount there is a shipping fee of €4.
